With a deep passion for helping others find balance and purpose, I work with Touch for Health Kinesiology alongside a range of applied kinesiology methods to address pain, restore energy flow, and support the body’s natural healing ability. My practice embraces people of all ages – from children and young people to adults – guiding them through life’s challenges on a body, mind, and soul level.

I bring together a variety of skills and techniques, tailoring each session to the individual, with the belief that true healing begins with genuine connection and clients feeling supported and heard, allowing them to unlock their own potential for health and wellbeing.

Located in Te Awanga’s tranquil beachfront setting in Hawkes Bay, my clinic, Coastal Calm Kinesiology provides an optimum and supportive environment for holistic healing and balance.
