I enjoy helping people whether it be physical pain relief, emotional issues, nutritional issues, allergies & sensitivies to foods, substances or spiritual. Massage therapy was the begining of my career, and many years later I began studying and training in First light flower essence NZ®, Kinesiology & Colour Therapy.

I believe in self empowerment, follow your instinct’s and know what is right for yourself, use trust and faith in a higher guidance, love yourself deeply, it is our true essence.

We are all on a healing journey weather you know it or not.

Once I began my kinesiology journey I was hooked, it offered me the opportunity to work with people in a far greater capacity, mind, body and soul. With flower essence and Unicorn 2000 Colour essence onboard to assist to harmonize the emotions, they offer a beautiful ongoing form of support.

Kinesiology encourages client self responsibly, you are in charge, its all about you and with muscle testing we are connecting to that part of you that knows what you need, (your innate wisdom) to bring balance and harmony!
